I firmly believe there is no better realtor out there than Russell Gellman! Russell went way farther than above and beyond for us from start to finish. We had an extremely difficult seller to work with, and Russell made sure we came out on top and saved us SO much trouble and money in the long run.

Russell was absolutely incredible throughout the whole buying process, he shared his immense knowledge of the market and housing areas. He was extremely forthcoming about flaws in a house that a new home buyer would never know to look for. He truly expressed a sense of wanting to find the perfect home for me and was a wonderful communicator throughout the process, making sure that I closed at the best offer price. All while negotiating for a closing credit that made the purchase go through as smooth as I could hope for. Will definitely be using him again, and would recommend him to anyone looking for an agent.

Russ is super-responsive, extremely knowledgeable about the market data (trends, top-level analysis, unique angles to consider). He is always available (even when camping!) and flexible, and just a gem to work with. In particular, we loved how many of our questions he could answer, and if we had something off-the-wall, he would find a way to get us a great/helpful answer.

Russell was an excellent real estate agent involved in Helping us find and secure our dream home! He was extremely knowledgeable about real estate, current markets and trends, home buying and things to look out for, and in helping us set ourselves up for success with our future home. He also helped ensure we felt comfortable and knowledgeable about the process along the way. He went above and beyond to ensure our needs and wishes were met at every step. We have had agents in the past who did not provide nearly the amount of education, communication, investigation, negotiation, and just in general dedication that Russell did for us, and it made all the difference for us. We are so grateful for his help throughout the whole process and cannot imagine buying a home without his help. We will certainly use him in the future for any real estate pursuits.

Russell was incredible to work with! My husband and I were first time homebuyers and he made the home buying process as straightforward as possible. In our first meeting with Russell, he laid out their process, what to expect, and asked us a series of questions to help us get the house that we wanted. Also, I really appreciated that when we gave them our budget, they committed to staying under it and never showed us anything outside of our price range. When it comes to negotiations, you know that Russell has your back. He combs through the details of contracts to make sure they are fair, and pointed out anything that we needed to be aware of. We are thrilled with the home we found, and are so grateful that we went with Russell and his team. Even after we've moved in, he's checked in several times and has been a great resource in helping us find painters, options for appliances, and anything else we've needed. Thank you Russell!!
